Great service - polite helpful, patient, and experienced so they calm you down and reassure but also tell the truth so as not to get hopes up if data can't be recovered. Fortunately for us the data we need back was recovered in full. Excellent.

I lost a years worth of photos on my phone through a fault and data clinic were successful in retrieving everything. They were extremely professional, provided excellent customer service - in particular Michelle who was very understanding and empathetic & Mohammed who was rapid in responding to emails.

Very upfront regarding costs and percentage of success rates. They advised I may not get a working phone back, however it was delivered fully working with all data recovered back on my phone.

Would 100% recommend, not the cheapest but definitely the best!

My wife's iPhone's screen became unresponsive, but the phone was still operable (through car play using my car's display). However, after following Apple's advice of updating the ios version (through my laptop), the phone was bricked - I had a white screen and no way of accessing it. For some reason our automatic backup of photos to the cloud had stopped in May and we had some very significant photos in June / July that we didn't want to lose. After loads of research online and speaking to Apple, who told us it was unrecoverable and that a reset was our only option (losing the data), I got in touch with Data Clinic. Their pricing was very clear (£195 up front, but that included a Level 1 recovery attempt). It was really clear that if they had to go further, there were further costs. They were also very clear that it could take between 5 and 20 days to complete. 3 days after I left my phone with them, they got in touch to say they were finished and had recovered our data. All I had to pay in addition was the cost of the 1Tb storage device they had put the data on. These guys aren't just recovering data, they're preserving family memories - with any technology, there's never a 100% guarantee that they will be able to help, but I'm pretty sure that if it can be done, they'll be able to do it. Would definitely use again (although hoping not to need to!)

Thoroughly professional and brilliant service.
My NAS device developed a fault and would not read the drives; danger of losing 25 years of music, films, photos, etc.
Dataclinic recovered all my data, and sent it back on a new hard drive.
Not the cheapest (and they don't claim to be), but not extortionate and definitely the best.
I hope never to have to use a data recovery service again... but if I do, I'll know exactly where to come.

Data Clinic Ltd was a great company. The staff and customer service were very professional and friendly in their service. Both Janice and Mohammed guided me through the process of recovery and answered everyone of my questions thoroughly. As a result all of my data from my corrupted SSD drive. I am utterly grateful for getting back important documents and memories from over 6 years. I am definitely using their services again!

I rarely leave reviews. On this occasion though I feel a review is important. I kept all my photos - on one hard drive - Years worth of photos - the kids, my Dad who passed away a year or so ago. I used the drive frequently and it always worked. I went to back up the drive- (ironically) and the drive failed. I can’t describe to you how distraught and stupid I felt at once for not backing up sooner.

I really wanted the only copy of my photos back. I found Data Clinic on line- I was concerned about data theft, by unscrupulous companies I have never heard of and being ripped off. Also there are self help tools available but I was not confident enough to use them without screwing what data I had in the disk up.

After calling Data Clinic they were professional, Knowledgeable and understanding. They made me feel all was not lost (without over promising). Cost options were explained. Expensive yes- but expensive is proportional to the situation. I felt this company was the best chance I had of success. So I went with it.

They arranged shipment, recovered my data, and shipped my drive back. Fantastic service. They could have charged me more for repairing a “physical” drive issue- but they didn’t it was a cheaper logic issue.

I was so impressed. So to conclude - back up your data - but if you find yourself in the similar situation I was in and feeling distraught and stupid- you won’t go far wrong by using data clinic you won’t be disappointed. If they can’t do it you will know you have experts a chance that do this all day everyday.

I dropped my Samsung phone in water and had photos of my son growing up on it that I hadn't backed up! Data clinic were very helpful and professional. They patiently talked me through the process and they recovered my photos, keeping me up to date during the process. I would 100% recommend data clinic.

Data Clinic were lifesavers. I had a very old hard drive that had gone kaputt. There was no chance of accessing anything on it as it literally refused to fire up. I had years of music and photographs on there. Which weren’t backed up anywhere. Data Clinic provided a seamless service from beginning to end. Everything was explained at each stage and they were able to recover all the data! And incredibly quickly. I can’t explain how much this means to me. I was so close to just dumping the old hard drive and accepting my memories were lost. It’s amazing to have them given back to me. A huge recommend for the team and the valuable service they provide.
