Went in with a laptop that really needed a clean and in need of an upgrade on the hard drive. Really appreciated the transparency in communication and the quotes. I went in with a phone that would not charge and had a frozen screen.
It thought it was the charging port so went in to get it checked.
The guy was brilliant - had a look in the port and noted it was clean and then proceeded to force it to hard reset.
After that he checked the charging with an inline power meter which showed it was drawing power and therefore charging.
Didn't charge me anything but left me with new knowledge and info - absolutely brilliant and will mean I go here for any future phone and computer issues.
I highly recommend these for your mobile and computer needs.
