The service provided by the garage was unsatisfactory. I requested a timing chain replacement and indicated that I had an oil leak. Unfortunately, they only addressed one of the issues instead of handling both. I would advise exercising caution when considering their services, as they may be overpriced.

I've recently collected my BMW F31 335d from David Paul of Warrington. The car was booked in to have its timing chains, guides and tensioners replaced alongside a major service.

The quote I received was fair considering the amount of work and skill required for the repair as it's an engine and gearbox out job! The work was carried out in a timely manor (within a week as they said it would be). Since collecting the car the engine is now running beautifully smooth again, it's much quieter and everything looks spot on.

Overall my whole experience with the team at David Paul was great from start to finish. The staff are very friendly, professional and they know how to take care of their customers. A special thank you to Andrea and Sam for your work and for keeping me informed during and after the booking.

Very good garage, fair on price and timely.
One point of note, they're increasingly difficult to reach by phone, which is in no way the fault of the staff, they need to take on another member of FOH or potentially a different call handling system where you can queue.

Wanted to share my experience, the car was in the Mercedes Main dealer for several weeks, excuse after excuse, and delay after delay in getting to the problem. In the end I contacted David Paul, and had it taken there as I could not wait any longer and pay anymore for "investigation and diagnostics" work. Everything from start to finish was professional, superbly priced, plus superb communication. I had my car back in under a week. Drives perfectly again. Its the last time I go to the main dealer for all our family German cars - David Paul will be my new "go-to" garage. Thank you guys
