My washing machine made a horrific noise and packed up yesterday. I phoned Dean late afternoon and he was on a job, so I text him and within 10 minutes he called me. I explained what had happened and that the drum was completely loose. He gave me a rough price over the phone for repair and advised it would be more cost effective to replace the machine which is now ten years old. Old machine now gone and new one on order for delivery tomorrow. He even advised me on size, brand for the new machine and how to get the door open on the old machine which was locked shut so I could retrieve our washing! Lovely chap, super helpful. Dean replied promptly to my phone call and came out the same day. He showed me the problem and was able to supply and fix a new washing machine as he had one on his van, which was perfect for my requirements. Dean also took my old machine away. Called Dean late one evening as could not get oven to work. He was very reassuring saying he could come out and fix or replace the oven (if necessary) before Xmas. Thankfully all was resolved on the phone and the oven now works. I was so impressed with Dean’s kindness and willingness to help.

What a lovely,knowledgeable,hard working gentleman Dean is!! Phoned him this morning as oven switching on but no heat.He came this evening at 9.30pm looked at it ,identified the problem and supplied and fitted the part by 10pm!
