Once again Denbury have shown how amazing they are. I had an issue with my car which was caused by another garage (who said they couldn't fix it). I called Denbury who said bring in your car and we'll see what we can do... they fixed it really quickly. Amazing service, really professional, and I cannot recommend the team there highly enough. I bought a used van from Denbury Diesels and was welcomed from the very start to the very finish. When looking over the van for the first time I was left alone to take as long as needed without any pressure selling from staff, a test drive was taken with one small issue noted.
I was promised that upon collection the van would have a MOT with no advisories, a service and valet with any issues fully sorted, and they we’re true to their word everything was exactly as said and the handover was brief and precise. Everything was correct & in order, all paperwork present and ready to go. A fantastic service from Denbury’s and a personal thank you to Tracy & Rachael for making it such an enjoyable experience.

The service I received from Rachel was absolutely brilliant. I had a big issue in regards to originally purchasing a van which was not then suitable for my work needs. I phoned Rachel and then returned to Denbury Diesels and she helped me solve this problem and was so helpful. I have now driven away with the right and suitable van for work. This has been an outstanding experience over the last seven days, firstly I saw a vehile being advertised, BMW MINI COOPR CLUBVAN, its 7 years old in April, 60K , with full documentation of service history and MOTs carried out by MAIN DEALER, its immaculate for its age, a credit to its former owners. Denby understood, given that I'm in Derbyshire and they're in Devon, how important it was too and for me to receive precise responses without feeling as if it was too much trouble, Kurt, dealt with every aspect of the enquiry/order with sheer professionalism, he represents a company, who's every department underwrite the support required today, to make the customer feel like a King. Denbury Diesels have been one of the most sound and reliable garages I have ever used.
I have lived locally since August 2019, and have been using the garage since then.
They are always really helpful on the end of the phone and in person, and have done their very best to get any work done on my car asap and to best standard.
