Lee, what can I say? He exceeded all expectations and then some. I got in touch with Lee two days ago as my ancient fossil of a gaming laptop had issues with the monitor. I arranged to see Lee yesterday and he diagnosed the issue within an hour. He estimated 3 working days which I was fine with. Messaged me this morning to say it's done and ready for pickup. He not only replaced the screen, but fitted one which was miles better and brighter. Charged me half of what I expected. My laptop also happened to have an Aussie plug. He gave me a spare that he had lying around for no extra charge. I would recommend Lee above any customer service I've ever had. All, around professional, awesome human being 🙂

Lee is absolutely amazing! He attends to care and detail. My laptop required a specific screen and he made sure to get the correct one for the model I had.
He actively communicates and once my screen was ordered and received, it was replaced in an hour when I took it in. His prices are very reasonable too!

I get very sceptical when taking electricals in for repairs but once I spoke to him on the phone, he made me feel at ease with his knowledge and care to detail. He really knows his stuff! I highly recommend his services!

My Apple MacBook Pro is getting on a bit and was running slower & slower, also the battery wasn’t holding a charge, keypad wasn’t working and obviously I thought is it worth getting it repaired or would I be better investing in something a bit newer. I found Lee on Google and contacted him. I took it to him and he said he would have a look at it and give me an honest assessment. Well within the day he had diagnosed what was needed to bring it back to a good working standard again, gave me a very competitive quote and he proceeded to do the work, kept me in touch with regard to progress, ordered parts etc. Picked it up and it really was a revelation, speed, downloading and general performance was a vast improvement.
