John fixed my laptop which kept turning itself off. He replaced the hard drive and also fitted a new keyboard, as the old one wasn’t typing some letters. Took it to him one day had got it back the next . Excellent service, would definitely use again. Recommend 100%!

My Mac is like new after being attended to by John. Now solid state and the very latest OS means it can hopefully last me for few more years and I don't have to add to the profits of Apple. John is a brilliant chap and will do whatever he can to solve your problem. Don't hesitate to use him, you won't regret it.

Whatever your computer problem, I have no hesitation in recommending Digits ICT Solutions. Informed, helpful and genuine, technician John Hope is a man with Kinetic sense. A magic man. Within 2 hours all issues were resolved plus some not even envisaged. An altogether most satisfactory encounter.

John resurrected my desk top from the depth of despair. I had serious problems with my old HP tower. It was old, slow and had just about died! With Johns help and experience it is working fantastically again - better than ever. Fitting a new hard drive, transferring all of the data from the old one (which I thought that I had lost) and giving it a new lease of life. Many thanks - job really well done!

My aging desktop computer failed to power up and after a phonecall to John, he was round in 15 minutes and immediately recognised the problem.
With my description of the issue over the phone, he anticipated what might be wrong and brought a power supply unit with him, which was the cause of the problem.
He had my computer up and running again within the hour.
I wholeheartedly recommend John should you run into any problems with your own computers and have asked him to upgrade the storage on my ssd laptop as my next job.

John is a very pleasant genuine gentleman and works hard to make sure you are happy. When my laptop went into automatic repair mode on Friday I couldnt do anything with it. I need it urgently for the work that I do and so I was really worried. He immediately answered my call, I dropped it off to him at 5pm. The harddrive had died and I needed a new one. This stressed me out even more as all my work files were on there. He was kind patient and reassuring, he worked long and hard to make sure I had all my files restored and it looked like it did when It was last working. He dropped it back to me today (Sunday) and made sure I was really happy with everything before he left. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, his service is second to none and I highly recommend him.
