My car is being repaired here through my insurance company.
After the female receptionist told me a some false information I spoke to Pete the manager who called me and clearly knows what he is doing and I was able to drop my car off with a courtesy car to use.
I get a call to tell me my car is ready to pick up, I work so I tell the receptionist that I can’t collect till 4/4.30pm and again I was given false information and told she closes her computer down at 4pm so I need to pay my excess payment before hand….this again was not the case, I emailed to confirm and I can pick up my car at the time I am able to as long as before 5pm when they close.
I trust my car has been fixed (although not seen it yet) because Dinnages is a well known and trustworthy however staff need to all know the same and correct information when Pete is not available to talk to customers.

Now we have another ford in the family I visited Dinnages for a service and MOT. I found it easier to book on-line. The website is easy to use. A little nearer the time a staff member contacted me to go through the booking and confirm it met needs. On the day of the visit everything went smoothly from service reception to collection. The customer waiting area is comfortable and well equipped. The service price was good value for money with a £10 price reduction on the MOT if it is carried out at the same time. What is even better value is that the service includes 12 months breakdown cover If your car is a ford. That's a big saving. Thank you

Haywards heath is fantastic,, staff are amazing.. the portslade branch not good at all , had a problem with my engine on my business car (3 years old) and they said we can't see you for 2 months .. yes you heard it right,, 2 months before I can even get a slot to have it looked at.. I would go bankrupt !

I had my car serviced at Dinnages Hayward’s Heath recently and found the staff extremely helpful and obliging. The work was done to a very high standard and I drove away confidently. I also have been into the showroom twice recently and have received a warm welcome from the sales team and always offered a tea or coffee. There is a great friendly atmosphere whenever you go in and never feel any pressure from the sales team or service staff.

Always had problems after car servicing. For instance, drove out of Dinnages after service and washer low warning light came on. Hadn't been topped up which is part of the service. Can't even do a service wash properly either. Also, sales department don't seem very interested in selling me a car. I had the same problem when I brought the one that I have now.
