I was having some issues with my license plate bracket this morning and the employee (whose name I unfortunately did not get!) skilfully fixed it while I waited! Excellent customer service and I would recommend to anyone on 2 wheels!

I took my scooter in for a puncture repair. They broke the accelerator lever whilst it was in their workshop. They said they would repair it. So far so good.

Then they lost the scooter, and told me that my wife had already collected it when i phoned up to ask about it, almost two weeks later. They said it wasn't in the store so we must have it already.

I had to go to the store twice this weekend and I found it in a pile of other scooters, even though they claimed they had searched the shop.

The shop person called AK was rude and unhelpful. He had an attitude like he was very used to getting complaints!

The shop was great a couple of years ago but i would never go here again now. They are simply untrustworthy.

Doctor scooter is a brand
They have few branches across London and I didn’t know their recruitment process was that bad
Recently I went to their Holloway branch for an electric scooter carrier bag. Approached a staff called Adam who gave me trouble for an e-scooter bag ! Unbelievable right !
so I didn’t know the length of the scooter asked him I need a bag that will fit my e scooter
He gave me saying it will fit but it didn’t so I went back to return the item and get refund
He said no to my face coz they don’t have any more e scooter bag as that was the last one. I asked him I would like to see you manager he said he’s not in come another day
After 2days I went and he said the same thing he’s not gonna refund
He told me to sell the bag on eBay
I had to go to the store like 4 times to get the refund
I was like what ! You call this customer service on top shop like doctor scooter
No way !!!!
That Staff called Adam did the same thing with few of my friends and family members

I bought an electric bike there couple of months ago, I been a week an a half ago to fix a issue after 4 days they called me and told me to collected, 1 week after the same problem came again and Friday morning I went to the shop straight away because I called around 12 times and no one picked up the phone. I told them that the problem still happening and I didn't think that whatever they fixed at the 1st time was the real problem and is not fair to wait 3 or 4 days more to get the bike "fixed" again.. the guy told me "I will get the mechanic first thing tomorrow morning (Saturday) to check the bike" when I called Saturday around 1pm they told me that they haven't check it.. I told them that yesterday they said they will check at the morning. They said they will do it later.

I called again around 6.20pm and they told me they are on it but if they don't finish I have to wait until Monday because the mechanic do not work Sunday. I called today and the guy told me that is not ready and Won't be today. He doesn't know what is the problem, he doesn't know when will be ready and if will be fixed..

Even when I told them that I need the bike because I am travelling and I have to take the bike with me.
I asked Friday morning for another solution but the guy said that not worries tomorrow "Saturday morning" will be checked.
So here I am waiting to see if Monday they would like to trying fixing my bike.

I brought my scooter in with a broken valve. They didn't fix it after two tries and still charged me. Also went in on a Saturday to return it again but they were closed (even though open on Google). I do not recommend them.

Brilliant service provided by Doctor Scooter. Took my scooter in here on a Sunday lunchtime to have a rear inner tube replaced. Moussa who was on his own in the shop, had it fixed in double quick time and at a very reasonable cost. The shop is located on a corner on the busy Holloway Road. On street parking is available outside but it’s on the red route so only for 1 hour at a time. Would highly recommend this place for all your repair needs
