A first class job on my Porsche 997.2 freshening up the front bumper and bonnet to remove the stone chips, I am absolutely delighted with the result. The DragonTek customer experience is 5 star, and so is the result. This is the third time I’ve had to use their services (why is it that other drivers hit your parked-up car and disappear for you to find - and pay for - their damage?)……..the team at DragonTek assess and give a firm written quote the same day, diary in a firm booking which they stick to, provide an alternative car (manual or auto) for no charge, and your car is ready on the planned collection day. It is quite evident that they take a real pride in what they do, and in the quality of their work which really can’t be beaten. And, in my experience, their charges are way cheaper than the “competition”: this last job (cyclist without lights, helmet or reflective clothing on a rainy morning in Oxford hit me broadside at a junction….) was my first ever insurance job, and was a good £1000 cheaper than each of the two other Oxford bodyshops that quoted. This is a small team that deserve your custom - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.👍👍👍👍👍

Dragontek did an excellent job a few years ago of repairing a scuffed front bumper on my (up until then!) concours condition BMW Z4 E85 roadster. So when I needed a repair to my Ducato-based campervan I went straight back to the experts!

Dragontek again provided a professional service, with excellent communication, very fair pricing and an absolutely superb repair. My sincere thanks to the team - I would wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone looking for a professional, high quality repair at a fair price.

Firstly, great service. Stephen is extremely friendly and very happy to listen and give a hand. The work done was great and would 100% use them again.

My car got hit in Sainsbury's car park, Someone clipped me with their wheel arch on my front right bumper While I was away shopping. It scratched through the paint and scuffed it all up. Genuinely nothing more than just aesthetic damage. I took it to Jaguar themselves and they quoted 2K to take the bumper off and respray it, and go through a full test suite. Considering the small amount of damage I could not get them to pay that money to fix my car with such minimal damage, It seemed almost predatory forcing accidents to go through insurance.

I approached Dragontek about the quote Given by Jaguar, and quoted us less than 20% of what jaguar wanted for the same job, wouldn't have to remove the bumper and will colour match it.

I've lived with the work for over a week now, no matter how I look at the bumper it still looks perfect, in fact, it's making the rest of my bumper look worse!

Dragontek were also willing to let the person at fault pay for the damage done to the bumper, I handed them my car in on Thursday and by Friday evening I was able to take it away.

I cannot recommend them enough, they took what was an annoying situation and made it easier, Dealing with the main dealer for a few weeks for a small couple of scratches would have been a nightmare.

The picture of the completed work was in low light, If it lightens up outside I'll try and put a better picture of the work done so you can see it a little better.

Unfortunately I managed to scrape the front of my car against a car park wall 🤦🏽‍♀️. DragonTek were superb offering me a quick and fair quote. They went above and beyond to help me get the car to the workshop on a difficult day and made a beautiful job of my car, you’d never notice that it had been so badly scraped up. They even gave it a clean at the end. Can’t thank them enough and would 100% use them again (though I hope I won’t need to!). Cheers guys!
