I needed a replacement phone screen. The physical install was quick and looked to be done properly however there was an issue with the fingerprint sensor. The repairman that was paid to repair the phone told me that I had to go home and follow a YouTube tutorial to finish it. He could've done it but instead the customer was told to do it themselves, after paying for the repair. Luckily I am tech-savvy to a degree so I did it however my previous screen replacement didn't require this step from me, (that one didn't seal the screen into the device properly so I'll give them that). At the end of the day it is the install and seal of the screen that was the more pressing matter and my screen now works fine.

Had to replace an iPhone screen, didn’t tell me it wasn’t an Apple screen until he’d already done it, whenever it restarts the touchscreen doesn’t respond until I restart it about 5 times. Told me it was because I had too many apps open, I tried and it’s the same even with no apps open. The screen just doesn’t work properly.

Edit: I did bring it back, last year. Was I supposed to bring it back again when nothing had changed, so they could be no help again?

Would never use this Company again, I took my Samsung FE20 in to have the screen replaced, no issues then. This year I had problems with the battery as not recharging, Samsung has their own Company that will come out and repair if phone on Warranty, so today Samsung turn up and say cannot do the job as who ever has fitted new screen had not done it properly. There is glass in the camera lense, and a screw missing and the glue not put on the phone correctly. Ring this company and he said I had two months to come back to the shop if I was not happy. I don't repair phones so I would not know what to look for. Absolute disgrace....

Don't bother with these guys. Took a Motorola phone to them a while ago they quoted me £220 to replace my screen. Replaced it with off brand stuff, "lost" my power button and buggered by battery. When I went to confront them they told me that they would give me a call to let me know when the new parts were to arrive. Still haven' t heard from them gave up and got a new phone.

Absolutely terrible service ruined my iPhone 6 and doesn't deserve your money please do not go to this shop they take parts of your phone out and make sure your phone breaks so you have to come back. This isn't one of those hate reviews I genuinely would rather smash my phone with a hammer as apposed to taking it here. I hope they go out of business seeing as it is not only me who has been scammed but many of my friends also they charge to give your broken phone back when they say they can't fix it. Please read their warranty, you'll see what I mean they do not cover anything. If you go to Dr ex you deserve a broken phone for being so stupid.

Excellent service provided to do a minor laptop repair. The proprietor was on his own and managed to deal with multiple clients whilst dealing with my laptop and explaining risks and issues as went along. Thoroughly recommended and not expensive.
If in doubt pop in...in my case I've got a laptop with an extended life, the alternative being several hundred pounds on a new one.

Just when I was giving up and thinking I would have to buy a new phone, I popped in to Dr Ex (H Heath) and within 20 minutes he had my phone up and running with no collateral damage. They also did it for free for me (must be my charming face ! ) Superb customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone with phone problems.

My phone was badly water damaged. Honestly I thought it was a goner and was looking into a new phone. They gave me realistic odds but the work they did to remove the saltwater damage for only 40 pounds is amazing. It's been a week now and everything is still working perfectly. Thank you so much to them.
