I have used Dryfix 4 times now over the years for various jobs and as always Russell and Fraser are extremely professional and knowledgeable .The survey carried out by Russell was incredibly thorough, with the additional use of a drone to get the full picture of the potential issues. The report was clear and detailed, making it very straight forward to make the decision to go forward with Dryfix. The team who carried out the necessary work were also professional, respectful, thorough and did a fantastic job. Fraser confirmed in advance who was doing the work, what day and time they would arrive and everything went smoothly. I can only highly recommend Dryfix. Thank you to everyone involved.

From start to finish with Fraser and Russell doing the survey Dryfix have been amazing. Fraser was always on hand to answer my questions without me having to wait long for a reply. Him and Russell spent over two hours at my house checking everything and going through every detail with me so I understood everything.
Jack and Rob have done an amazing job to sort out the damp in my living room, which took 5 days to complete. They left everything tidy each day and as well as being extremely competent, they were always friendly and polite, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to a very high standard. I cannot praise them enough, I'm so happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend the Dryfix team who are not only very professional but deliver a fantastic customer service as well. We thought we had rising damp, not unusual in a property built in the 1830’s. Russell and the team identified a leaking lead water pipe under our office building and provided a very professional report on what remedial work was needed. We specified other improvement and maintenance work to be done at the same time. Fraser coordinated the work seamlessly, nothing was too much trouble, although we are sure he had a few sleepless nights sorting the inevitable problems of doing work in an old building! Dryfix’s own staff, along with the electricians, roofers, plumber and decorators all worked brilliantly together. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of their work is fantastic. They are all masters of their trade and we are delighted with the result. It far exceeds our expectations.

Professional, effective and comprehensive handling of an in-concrete leak, with restoration work. From the initial damp survey that highlighted the leak, through to plastering the effected (and now dry) walls, DryFix’s service was wonderful throughout.

Edited to add: One of the key standouts was just how respectful and nice the gents were when working in the house - they were incredibly considerate and most of the time it was easy to forget the kitchen was essentially being ripped apart!
