My computer chap who's looked after my laptop for nearly 5 years retired recently and with Windows 11 not being compatible with my current laptop and my Mum having problems with hers, I needed help! I found Phil on Verwood Business Directory on Facebook and gave him a call. He sounded completely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He emailed me some recommendations of laptops with prices for Microsoft Office 24 and computer security included and I ordered mine the same day. It was all sorted within a week, my Mum's laptop too.
I highly recommend EAS Computer Services. Phil is brilliant, ethical, helpful and friendly. I'm very impressed by the excellent professional and prompt service. He will be my 'go to computer guy' going forwards. With thanks to Phil and Janet.

A few weeks ago our old home desktop PC broke terminally. Phil was very professional and gave helpful, honest with excellent advice and recommendations as to what suited us best as a replacement. Could have told me any old rubbish to get money out of me but was courteous and honest in his assessment of an issue with my charger port. As a result, any work needed doing within his remit going forward I'll be going straight to him.

Edit: Update to include latest experience!! My previous review was just over a year ago but this week I did indeed have to call upon Phils services after a silly mishap involving me driving off with my phone on top of my car 🙃🙃🙃 he was able to repair the screen of my iPhone perfectly and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout! If I could give 100 stars to this gentleman I would. 100% recommend.

Phil worked wonders with our 10 year old Mac - it’s gone from being painfully slow to nice and speedy. It’s like having a new computer. He didn’t charge much (a fraction of the cost of a new computer) and did the work when he said he would. I can recommend him very highly.
