I called Selim on a Saturday when our boiler packed up, and he was at the house within two hours, amazing service, especially at the weekend! He quickly found the problem and got it sorted, staying to make sure we had hot water and heating before he left.

Selim was upfront and honest about his call-out charge, no hidden surprises, just a professional and transparent service. I’d definitely recommend Selim. Will 100% be using him again.

I would not recommend E&E Heating & Pluming Services. The experience was disappointing, both in terms of the service provided and the cost.

I contacted Selim regarding a leak beneath my washing machine, which I had previously had two other plumbers addresses. The issue stemmed from a blocked drain behind the washing machine, causing water to overflow from the pipe. Over the phone, he acknowledged he did not work on washing machines, but assured me that he would investigate the situation. When he arrived, after a brief 10-minute inspection, he concluded that the leak was caused by the washing machine itself and recommended that I consult a specialist. When I reiterated the issue with the drain, he declined to investigate it further, despite initially stating he would do so.

Despite no meaningful work being completed, I was charged a fee of £150. While I understood that any service incurs time and effort, given that no resolution was provided, I offered a payment of £75, which seemed more in line with the limited service carried out. However, Selim insisted on the full £150 payment and threatened legal action if I did not comply. I reduced my offer to £50 and requested a detailed invoice to justify his charges, but this request was refused.

Selim's approach to this situation, including the threat of legal action, was both unprofessional and unacceptable. It is highly concerning that a business would resort to such tactics when a customer has already expressed a willingness to pay a fair amount for time spent. Ultimately, I reluctantly paid the full amount of £150 to avoid further conflict, but the entire experience left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and upset.

Fair to say, I will not be using E&E Heating & Plumbing again and I would caution others against using their services.

Last week our boiler gave out and I found E&E through a Google search. Selim explained the costs clearly up front over the phone and was at my door in 45 min. He diagnosed the issue, sourced the part and reconfirmed the cost with me before proceeding. Everything was working within the next hour. What fantastic service, a clear and concise quote coupled with prompt and efficient service, I cannot recommend E&E Heating & Plumbing enough! They will definitely getting my business in the future.

I called Selim to take a look at a problem I was having with my upstairs radiators not heating properly he came round the day after I called him to diagnose the problem and knew very quickly that the heating system would need a power flush (previous plumber said we would need to replace the rads), Selim came round the following week, he went above and beyond to fix the issue spending 13hours as once the upstairs rads were cleared the downstairs rads became blocked he basically was not leaving until the problem had been resolved, I can truly say that Selim is amazing and there is no doubt that I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber I know if I ever need a plumber in the future I wouldn’t go beyond Selim. If like me u read reviews but we’re still unsure then please don’t be, he is a rare find, honest, trustworthy and dedicated to providing a top notch service.

I highly recommend E&E Heating and Plumbing Ltd. Before coming across Selim I had approached others in the heating and plumbing trade for help in fixing an issue with my boiler but without success because they misdiagnosed the cause of the problem. After being let down (twice!) by another company, Selim came out to our house within a couple of hours of calling him.
