I spilled a fizzy drink on my laptop and the screen went completely black. Looked up so many places that could fix it for an affordable rate and so happy that I did. Reece reached out and told me it was fixable. Assured me that I wouldn’t lose any of work as I used this for all my personal projects. He also told me some additional works it would need like a change of battery which I went for and I’m so happy! The laptop is basically brand new and I now know where I can go to get my laptop fixed for a fair price 🙂

I recently sent my MacBook Air to eFix for repairs after spilling tea on the keyboard, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Reece, in particular, was amazing. She not only helped me replace my sticky keyboard with a new one (custom-ordered from Apple to include Arabic letters) but also suggested other fixes to make my MacBook feel brand new. She recommended replacing a corroded C-port and the backlights, giving me the option to keep them as-is or replace them. I’m so glad I went with her suggestions—the improvements were immediately noticeable!

Couldn't recommend more. My screen had cracked on my laptop and this was the first time something like this had happened to me. Naturally I went to the Apple shop but they were going to charge me £500 for a replacement. I used this service from a friends recommendation and was very apprehensive and worried just because I'd never had to get any tech repaired, and the website looked a bit outdated. Reece was great at communicating throughout the entire process, it was repaired and sent back within days. My whole experience was super easy and worry free, and half the price of Apple! I couldn't recommend this service more.

Really good and smooth service. They were very professional and responsive throughout the process. Couldn’t be happier with the service! We had apparently a common issue with the logic board where Apple charged us £90 for diagnostics first that they couldn’t do it and then provided a bill for nearly £700 for a repair. Thanks to Reece for a quick and straightforward communication , our laptop was back and running in less than 2 weeks for the price that was three times cheaper! So grateful and 100% recommend to anyone who has issues with their Mac.
