Please do not use this company BEWARE they are absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed the way they treat and lie to people!
We purchased a Sharp tumble dryer for my elderly mother on the 19th of December 2022 we didn’t receive the item until the 18th of January 2023. We then discover it’s so badly damaged that it can’t even sit it on the ground evenly, after a month it then had a major failure and the engineer said it wasn’t repairable and electrical logistics were issued a credit code to replace the unit on the 7th of April saying they’d have a replacement sent out in a few days!!! Another lie after 3 weeks we were told they have no more stock (another lie) and we would be refunded!
As of today 24th May we still have no refund after repeated phone calls and emails (which they never reply to) 🤦🏻‍♂️
I have resorted to contacting trading standards about the whole process and hope they can resolve…..
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst company on the planet, how they are still in business and how Domestic and General allow themselves to be associated with them is a mystery. Like others have said, you’ll get your engineer booking and wait in all day for nobody to turn up. You’ll then phone them and they’ll just lie through their teeth has to why there was no engineer visit. The worse thing is your not even given an option to choose anybody else so your stuck with them.

Had the misfortune of being referred to these people from Domestic & General. Sat in all day, News Years Eve, got to 4 o’clock, rang to see if they were actually going to attend and was told not to worry they were working till 6.30. So more wasted time on New Years Eve , no show. Will be making a complaint to Domestic & General. Appalling company, clearly able to text to confirm the appointment and make sure I was in but not able to confirm their non attendance. If I could have given no stars I would have done. Avoid at all cost.!!!!

Item was delivered damaged.
They gave me false tracking details for a replacement that never came.
They refused any refund.
Luckily I purchased this in my credit card as they had to step in to get my money back.

Listen to all the other reviews and look elsewhere.

Disgusting customer service. 6 weeks without a washing machine, 2 no shows from the engineers. Try to resolve an appointment to repair and they'll say that no appointments are actually being made for the repair even though these are being booked by Pacifica. Laundrette costs are £32 weekly for my family of 5 with a disabled child and a disabled adult in the home, this is a cost we simply cannot afford and they refuse to reimburse as its not covered by your warrenty, I'm having to take time off work to wait in for engineers or spend hours on the phone being passed from Hisense to Pacifica and from Pacifica to Electrical Logistics. They'll say that they will investigate this and contact you within the hour which they never do. Currys are useless and don't want to know as they divert you to Hisense and the customer service nightmare of being passed around continues. AVOID ANY APPLIANCE THAT USES THIS COMPANY FOR WARRANTY

Absolute JOKE of a company - had our TV via insurance company, they sent it back twice and it had not been fixed, eventually after a MANY MANY communications (which they ignored) the TV came back not fixed, I doubt they even ever tried to fix it as it had sat with them for months and was covered in dust. Awful don't bother giving them your time use someone else

Disgraceful company
Came to my house so they say at 06.50 in the morning when it was still dark and most people are in bed . I was up at 6.50 getting ready for work and I have a dog that can hear a pin drop did not hear a thing . Also their attitude on the phone us an absolute disgrace horrible people

Wouldn’t give a star rating absolutely disgusted with service company provided with through insurance confirmed appointment no one shows up even though told between 5-6 and if not we’ll have a call took day off with no pay for repair to take place have told insurance firm to find other companies looking at how badly customer service at this firm is from reviews previous
