Contacted these guys to come out and repair my cooker and had them booked in however I changed my mind and thought it would be better to buy new. I didn’t need to haggle on price as the price was in line with everywhere else. Excellent customer service which is a lost skill these days.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called Electrofix for a second opinion as the first company quoted me £224 for parts and that was not even the labour. I thought I needed a new cooker and it only 2 year old. My cat brought in a mouse that was living in the back of the cooker, which we removed before the call-out. Ian cleaned out the damp insulation and tinfoil which was the cause of the cutouts. He did not charge for any parts just £70 call-out. I am so very grateful to have found a company that still put their customers first. Thanks again Ian

The sales person in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale.
The two chaps who delivered and installed the washing machine could not have been bettered by anyone.

A great efficient service from Electrofix, our landlord is out the country and we still managed to get out oven fault diagnosed, and a replacement oven sorted quickly. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Our engineer Ian, was super friendly & helpful & gave us his best advice. He arrived today on time to replace our oven & made sure we were happy before he left. Thanks for the great service Electrofix 😀
