Amazing guys! I rung them for a quote on a broken phone. I assumed the screen had broken so was happy with the £150 quote for a screen. Took it down the next day I spoke to them and they told me it wasn't the screen and was infact the connector so they would replace that. Amazing! And truthful. Any other phone shop I assume would still charge for the screen (let's be honest I would be none the wiser) as the screen was in perfect condition.

Not these guys they were honest for the get go and only charged for the other part.

Then when we realised we had forgotten the screenlock they were more than happy to help us reset the phone.

They have become our new go to shop repair shop for a number of reasons;

My phone had a cracked display. No easy access to the storage and my details to transfer that to the new phone. Electrophix was recommended by someone who used their services before. I visited them before noon, they suggested it might be ready same day or on Monday. It was ready 2 hours after delivery and the cost of the service was very good. Quick, effective. 5 stars!

The service was just fantastic with great knowledge and very reasonable prices.
I thought the phone needed a new speaker as I couldn't hear the calls but not the case, just a bit of time and cleaning then everything was back up and running.
Five * is not enough for this place as the service is fantastic.
