I have always had great service here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I know they’re going to do what’s best for the car rather than try and up sell me something unnecessary. Being fairly new to the area I've only used Ellisons twice, I have no complaints about the workmanship however I recently booked my car in for an MOT and Oil Change - I ended up paying over £250 for an MOT and Service which included changing air filter and cabin filter (which were not required as had been changed the previous year) - personally I think this is a bit steep for the work required having paid less than £200 for the same service a year ago at a main dealership albeit in a different part of the country.
