I had a fantastic experience at eMobile! I use a OnePlus 11 and had specially ordered a UV glue privacy screen protector for my phone all the way from my hometown because no one sells even normal screen guards, let alone ones that require UV glue and is a privacy screen. Even finding a regular screen guard for my phone locally was difficult, so throwing this one away just wasn’t an option for me after my failed attempt to install it.

I took it to several shops, but they all said it couldn’t be installed and suggested I throw it out. However, the owner at eMobile was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained that since I had already tried installing it myself, there were bubbles trapped inside, and the application wouldn’t be flawless and i can only try to install it. I appreciated his honesty and agreed to proceed.

Although he didn’t have the glue in stock, he went out of his way to arrange it for me within two days and personally installed the screen protector. The result was almost perfect, with just one bubble remaining because of my earlier mistake. Despite this, the application was neat and professional.

The effort and care he put into resolving my issue were truly impressive. I highly recommend eMobile for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail!

Extremely helpful and fixed the smashed screen whilst I waited. I found the staff very helpful and provided a fast and efficient service. The screen replacement was the price advertised and there was no up selling which some places try to do. They even provided a free screen protector.

I am sure they provided other repair services and had a number of phones and cases on display. I took a photo of inside the store for this review.
