Energy Care delivered a first class service on the installation of a replacement gas system boiler and cylinder at my property. The quality of the installation was exceptional. They are an absolutely brilliant company! I have had issues in the past with plumbers who have not been helpful. On all occasions that Energy Care have attended, they attend quicky, diagnose the problem straight away and fix it. I have asked my estate agents to use this company for all issues related to plumbing, gas, electric, etc in my flat.

Terrible customer service, I was recommended energy care by the agency selling my parents property, at first the man I spoke to was helpful (for one phone call only) but after he had performed the initial service (gas safety check) and told me about the issues that were wrong, he was impossible to get hold of, and whenever i spoke to him I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Plus I am not convinced that I the company did not replace something that didn't need replacing, I have no proof of this but not living locally to my parents, all I can say is that the programmable RF room thermostat was working perfectly when I was there the week before but was then told that it wouldn't switch on and needed replacing. Either way, my issue is with the rude customer service. The man I was dealing with knew that the exchange and completion of my parents property was waiting entirely on receiving a confirmation of work completed from him. I had to chase several times to get this confirmation and when it finally arrived it was an invoice attached to an email with not even a word said in the body of the email. It just summed up my general experience with them and left me with no faith in their service.

I have used EC Services for a few years now on two properties. They have been quick, efficient and polite with tenants. The one occasion that there was a hiccup they returned and corrected the problem without fuss or further expense. My experience with EC Services tempts me to buy another property in the area as good back up is essential for successful letting

Instructed an annual boiler service but after the engineer left I realised I had no hot water. The engineer returned the next day saying it was a coincidence and I needed a new part. Got a second opinion and there was an electric cable that was out of place and must have been nudged during the service. I have received 2 invoices from energy care for the service and the subsequent call out! I have emailed the company twice to find a resolution and now they have simply not responded. Every one is human, its about how you deal with the mistakes. Radio silence is not good enough.

Poor communication and shady practice. Booked them to quote me some work but stipulated that they DO NOT arrive during the school run times of 15:00- 16:30. They then arrived during this time 15:15 when I was just leaving the house. I explained that I was leaving and I was not willing to let some one into my house unattended. Now trying to charge me for work they did not carry out! Disgraceful. Buyer beware.

Won't ever use this company again. Asked for new bath taps to be fitted and plumber replaced sink taps instead and left us with a leak we didn't have before.Β Threw a rubber seal down the loo and ruined our bath panel.
