What can I say about this place other than fantastic. Reception staff are first class booked me in so the gearbox oil leak could be assessed. When I arrived the team immediately got my car on the ramps where Umberto went to work. Whilst waiting the reception team were engaging and friendly. I waited about 30 minutes before Umberto came back with news. A clip had broken that meant oil was pushing itself out. Sadly the clip looked difficult to buy on its own and a full part looked likely and was in the hundreds for even a used one. Umberto recalled years before managing to get a pack of these clips that seemed to now be unavailable online unless the full part was purchased. Not being satisfied with the prospect of a new part at my cost Umberto hunted his garage and struck gold by finding a clip, it was tiny and I was amazed he found it. Remember I only went to have it diagnosed, after finding the clip he didn’t hesitate and fitted it filled the car with gearbox oil and completed the job. I was charged for the clip, gearbox oil and labour at a fair rate. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone that has had bad experiences at other garages, they were kind, professional and fair. My car now runs as it should, thank you to all at ENGS

Best Garage..!!

I cannot thank Michelle and Umberto enough for the exceptional service I received. Initially, I went to them with my car, which had numerous fault codes. They performed a diagnostic check, advised me on the necessary steps, and provided a detailed explanation of what was happening with the vehicle, including the costs involved. Since I had a warranty at the time, they also assisted me in claiming it. They did an excellent job resolving my valvetronic motor issue. Their dedication to both the customer and the car is evident in the quality of their work. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Highly recommended, staff and mechanics amazing
I needed to find somewhere do get my timing chain, clutch and flywheel replaced on my E90 Alpina D3 BiTurbo.
I had visited numerous garages in Ashford, some said they couldn't do the work, others quoted me excessively high.
I found ENGS via Google, reviews looked good, hence popped over to see them. As soon as I spoke with Umberto (Head Technician) I knew I was at the right place.
They completed all the works I needed as well as identified other things such as engine & gearbox mounts needed replacing, all for less than what other garages were quoting me.
Since that 1st visit I've been back to them to get upgraded headlights and installation of new Alpina performance steering wheel
I take my wife's fiat 500 here too, as well as my other Alpina

My BMW M2 competition, was suffering from an unusual ticking which could be heard from inside the car, main dealer BMW basically told me this was normal, I didn’t agree and expressed my concern to the ENGS team with their experience and knowledge knew it wasn’t right.
The team investigated the noise and found the issue which they have repaired. Otherwise this could have potentially left me with a huge bill for a new engine.
They did a great job, good communication and very well priced can’t thank them enough.

Highly recommended. Took my car in for a gearbox service today, the staff were extremely friendly and polite from the outset, the quote they gave prior to the job was honoured in full and the car runs better than ever. They even offered me a courtesy car when they realised I was catching a bus home whilst the work was carried out. If I do need any more work carried out, this will be the first company I contact.

We was advised by a garage in Ashford that we probably needed a new gearbox in our BMW and it would cost approximately £6000. After hearing this we took the car to EnGS for a second opinion.

The lady receptionist was polite, helpful, efficient and happy. Umberto took less than 30 seconds to diagnose the problem with the car and it wasn’t the gearbox but part of the exhaust, this emphasised his specialist knowledge is greater than engines and gearboxes. Umberto advised us where to take the car again in Ashford and even phoned them on our behalf. The car is there now being fixed at a fraction of the original £6000 quoted by the first garage we went to.

I would definitely recommend this garage.
