Eplison Computers is absolutely amazing, they're very professional and very kind. I came in with some simple questions and ended up leaving with a fully built machine. They even installed my own power supply and drives for me, guided me on what would be the best build for my needs, and even offered a price match in any store in Central London!

Even when my PC still needed activation, their What's App messaging system allows for very fast real time communication, and resolved the issue the same day incredibly fast.

Their customer service in this situation was outstanding, and they turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a seamless resolution.

My computer was crashing all the time and it was a very advanced built. I had lots of issue on diagnosing it because it was crashing straight away. They have fixed the issue and even replaced my cooler. They improved the performance of my workstation. The whole experience was spectacular. they help very nicely, trustworthy, great communication and hospitality. Great people, loved them! Went in today to upgrade a very long in the tooth intel core i7. The gentleman who served me was knowledgable and was prepared to chat about things. No pressure selling and surprisingly close on "Amazon" prices. He also gave me some great tips about memory and I also took his advice on a case and AIO. Left feeling really happy. In fact will going back to purchase a budget gaming laptop for my nephew. Couldn't ask for more. Proper old school pc component shop with great friendly staff and a relaxed and easy going vibe.
