Made a call to these guys late on a Friday afternoon after I had issues with my tyre machine (not supplied by them).

The 2 gents I spoke to went above and beyond, both offering great advice and helping me get to the cause of the issue.
For a late call.on a Friday to a company I had no previous dealings with I can't speak higher of the service received and will be using them in future for any spares I need as well as recommending them to others.

After ringing around the country to no avail. I rang this company and cannot believe the excellent service I received. The man who spoke to me, knew exactly what I was talking about, and more importantly, he sent the correct parts. Excellent service. I was just looking for a small attachment for my tyre inflator and found these guys via the PCL website, nice and local - Bill knew exactly what I was looking for, had one in stock and even fitted and tested it whilst I waited. Polite, helpful and quick - can't get any better than that.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. My company Shepperton Tyres has been using Dave for approximately 13 years and we've never been let down with their products and service. Their prices are not cheap but then again you pay for what you get for. Machines are reliable and parts availability in any event of a breakdown are easy to source. The chief benefit is how quick they can get your machine repaired, there's been instances where I've called the company in the morning and by the afternoon an engineer is with me to get my business up and running. This company is run by Dave and it's his attitude, calm approach and great personality that makes this business what this is. Both of our machines were broken and we decided to purchase a new machine and delaying it for sometime, Dave understood our urgency and came out the very next day himself to instal it.
