The worst place you could buy parts from. Other places are way better than this one, here they don't know what "customer service " means. The people who works there, think like they own the place. Very unprofessional stuff, don't know who hires them, but they don't know what they doing there.

Ordered my car parts online. Not happy with the service as on collection parts not all arrived, and told to come later.

Called later to check if in stock for collection but was told 1 item not available, although when I ordered them it was.

The person told me they will send the item, and to collect it tomorrow with the rest.

Got there next morning and still the missing item had not arrived,
so was fuming as I had booked an appt to get my car sorted.

Had to order the item in store, so I can get the parts fitted, and still waiting for refund!

I awarded ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because of the branch location and, most importantly, the staff member (Asian chap) who served me - 21/12/24 - was polite, friendly, and he smiled. All these contributed to a pleasant shopping experience / visit.

One of the worst euro car parts shop I seen. The lady on counter has huge attitude and doesn’t even know how to speak with customers. On the top that manager named Aaron dale I can’t believe how he talks to customers. They peoples behaving like mafia. Seriously can not believe that. Euro car parts must teach them customer service skill.

The service is so slow. You order to pick up and then the one person at the desk has to deal with questions and queues. It’s always the same and sometimes they mess your order up.

I just collected my order
The staff( lady )on the front desk was so rude.someone need to train her basic customer skills. She was so unpleasant looks like she doesn't want be there.

I've bought from here online twice in the past 2 weeks and got the free(bar a £1 posting fee as the first order contained EGR/Carburettor Cleaner) delivery over £25. The first delivery came quickly but with out a delivery date/time. That been said the second delivery the staff member work that day had the smarts to phone me to see if I was in before sending it out. Top service both times and quick delivery.
