Went in today for a laptop checkup and diagnostic and they not only got that done within a few hours, they also cleaned the dirt on the exterior and interior of the computer. Was excellent service and much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I had water damage to my Samsung phone and it was unresponsive. Express Phone repaired the phone and managed to retain the the information on the phone for which I was very grateful. The gentleman who repaired my phone was extremely kind and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend this shop.

If I could give a 0 star review I would, this place is beyond a joke, charged me £50 for a single fan replacement and a bit of thermal paste however, the fan was put on backwards and the screws were frayed, also there is no proof that the thermal paste for the cpu was done I called about this last night and was hung up on after telling them I want a refund. Went to store today and guy was rude to me I advise not to use this shop for any repairs will be reporting this store for scamming customers out of their money do not trust them with gaming pcs or anything for that matter, getting ignored via message not happy at all -5 stars.
