Expensive rip off and cause faults. Having just had my car repaired it took them 10days to repair a starter motor, they then apparently fitted a faulty motor causing squealing upon starting. Less than 2 weeks later I now have an engine warning ⚠️ with fault and they have now quoted over 2000 taken no responsibility and not even offered to look at it.

Had car issues 250 miles from home and managed to get to FRL. It was near closing time however they were more than happy to have a look and try and help. After the diagnosis and due to the nature of the issue and lead times with parts, they advised to use my recovery as we were heading back home in a couple of days. Even though they were not able to fix it they were very helpful and wouldn’t accept any payment for the diagnostics.

250 miles from home no tools to fix our break light, from the receptionist to the lovely chap that sorted it out for us we was very impressed with there friendly manner and couldn’t have been more helpful,highly recommend these lovely people who won’t rip you off ,well done and thank you

2 days later our other break light failed ( this happened around 3 years ago so guess that’s why both bulbs went together again) these lovely human beings helped us a second time,I cannot praise them enough,would have been scary driving home on motorways with a break light out) , so grateful to these lovely people,many many thanks

F R L Auto Services were very accommodating and friendly, I used them recently when I'd accidently damaged one of my tyres and the monitoring system inside.

I dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon, and by the same time the next day my car was ready to be picked up, fixed well - and it was a lot cheaper than I'd feared!

Thank you for the help and the quick turnaround, F R L. Would recommend for as a reliable and friendly garage to head to in Dartmouth.

Took my car in for an MOT, later that afternoon I was told that it was going to be £500 for it to pass, I said no thanks and that I would pick it up immediately. I got a call back saying that they had given the details of ‘wrong’ car, but the other issues mentioned were repeated. Likely story.
The following afternoon the mechanic had not even looked at the car, and it wasn’t until the end of the third day I got my car back. It all ended up £250 when I went to collect it. Customer service was very ordinary and explaining what was wrong with the car was put forward in an extremely difficult manor which really created a customer/business divide. Not happy.
