Went to buy a pair of Ladies walking boots today 8th August, Service was fantastic. We were served by a lovely lady who took the time to properly measure my feet,gave some great advice and there was no pushy sales talk,just ensured I got what was suitable for me. Have bought shoes from here in the past so popped in recently as I needed a new pair of 3 season boots to replace my worn out Zamberlans. Some good advice later and ordered a pair of Lowa Renegades which they didn't have in my size and the colour I wanted but they have posted on since. Very helpful service and advice and a good price compared to other outdoor shops around

I cannot thank this shopkeeper enough for his exceptional service. I’d gone in for a pair of laces which he didn’t have in stock but he took the time to listen to my food/boot problems. He was able to make some lacing recommendations (double wrap) and recommended an insole to support my heel. Absolutely above and beyond. Brilliant!
