The fixed pricing means no uncertainty, after booking they responded within 10 minutes to confirm. The engineer also called to confirm eta. Tyrone is good at diagnosing faults and their resolve. The heating was back on in no time and the tenants were happy.

Please don't fall into this trap. I paid £244 to only discover they have fitted a wrong actuator for the boiler. When I asked them to replace with the correct one, they have refused to respond after multiple attempts from myside. I have filed a complaint to the consumer interest government agency and a legal case is also underway.

Exceptional service. Fixed my boiler on the day after another plumbing company tried to scam me. Really do only charge 149 pounds plus parts, whereas another company tried to charge me over 400 quid in total and wouldn’t fix it on the first visit.
