Overall - an amazing experience, highly recommend George.

I was assigned to George at fast fix as an official repairer for VW via premia solutions.

It was to repair a number of scuffs and scratches on my VW touran.

George was great and did an excellent job the car looks as good as new.

His professionalism was highly appreciated.

So many points to note:

1. Excellent communication
2. Quick turn around (job was completed within 24hrs!!! And even prioritised it on the day as I was only available to collect it early afternoon).
3. George did more then requested.
4. Car was even washed which I did not expect!
5. Georges professionalism did not just come through in his character but also his amazing work.
6. Responded to all my calls and texts promptly.
7. George even showed me the best route home.
8. On collection George bought the car down to me.
9. Imaccculate job.

After months of wrangling between my insurers and another body repair shop following a relatively minor accident, I found George and my life changed! He assessed the damage to my car, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate which was approved within days by the insurance company and the whole repair process was painless. George took away all the stress, repaired my car to the highest standard and in the time promised. There were no "hidden extras" The whole process from beginning to end was transparent, efficient, professional and friendly. George was always at the end of a phone if I had any questions or problems and the personal service really lowered my stress levels.
