Don’t use their dry clean service. They don’t have enough skills to finish the service. I send them a £500 coat and they damaged it by staining it. The pic 1 is the coat i send them, and after dry clean they got 2 unexpected purple dots (pic2&3). What makes me unhappy is their attitude. The man who’s in the store is so arrogance. He didn’t even say sorry for this situation. He said it’s not his responsibility for the ruin of this coat (which is violate of Consumer Right Act). He even said the purple dot was existing when I bring the coat to them until I show him the photo I bring it. He lied just to avoid the responsibility. Then he said staining is always happened when dry cleaning and he cannot control, and it’s not the first time and not the last time. I can’t accept it so I ask him to re-wash it. I will give them chance to repair it. At the same time I consulted the Citizen Advise Bureau, they said it’s their responsibility to care my item and will help me if they can’t repair it. Let’s wait for the outcome next week. I will address that if they lack the necessary skills and don’t provide good customer service, then you shouldn’t offer this service.

Fastich tailoring specialises in alteration, fitting and repair of client's garments, one or other of which I seem to need most of the time. They did a couple of jobs, neatly, for me last year and now that I have two more similar jobs I have no intention to take them to anywhere else. Tailoring skills are fine and the proprietor is an astute businessman well able to maintain efficiency and keep prices down. Dry cleaning is available as needed.

Popped in to have my jeans zip replaced. When I went to collect it the next day, I was told the cost was £0! The owner said he didn’t replace the zip but just repaired it. I have been truly impressed with their honesty and their kindness. A few years back they also repaired my bag zip at no cost. I can’t recommend them more!

Very pleased with the service here today, I rang up late morning in desperate search of somewhere that could get my dress straps altered as soon as possible for a wedding in 1 week - very relieved to be told they could get it altered for me on the same day! Amazing value too, and a friendly gentleman who helped me out today. Definitely shall be raving about this to others and will use Fastitch Xpress again in the future 👍

My friend and I went to the shop a couple of weeks ago as she needed to get sleeves stitched to a dress. The lad at the shop was extremely rude, dismissive of any concern or questions we had regarding the time frame for the finished product. He seemed very entitled and frustrated. I understand if he was having a bad day but to antagonise a customer is not right. She has severe social anxiety and after this she barely wants to enter any shop again.

One of my favourite coat zips broke 💔.. I thought it meant the coat had to go, but this amazing person fixed it and that to in 30mins. Great service and super impressed! Thank you so much 😊 .
