Brilliant service. I contacted them because my screen on my laptop was completely blank. I was asked to take it round so that it could be looked at. I had a message later that day to say that it was needing a new motherboard and this could be done and I should have it back within approx 3 days. Today was day 3 and my laptop is back and working.
I am very happy with the service. Quick, good price and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Further to my previous review, I took my laptop back as it was shutting down at random. As before, the service was excellent. It was a virus and some google issues. All sorted and laptop returned to me the same afternoon. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Augustin correctly diagnosed the problem with my Microsoft Surface laptop, and successfully replaced the motherboard (he sourced a genuine OEM part), returning the machine to full working condition (and incidentally an upgrade from the original motherboard). All was done very quickly - ready the day after the new motherboard arrived. I am so relieved that the sudden failure of my laptop didn't end up in me losing data or having to buy a new machine altogether. I liked the service here because:
1. opening hours included evenings and weekend, allowing those who work full-time to come with their problems; and also Augustin was flexible about when I turned up for drop off/collection.
2. he was clearly familiar with the type of laptop that I have, knowing the problems he has previously seen from his years of experience.
3. he was communicative - very responsive by phone/texts.
I did have to make payment upfront once the problem was diagnosed, as the cost of the replacement part was significant, but all in all I felt that the job was in good hands. Would definitely call here again if any future computer problems!

Got some water in my screen and needed replacement. Also had my fan cleaned and thermal paste replaced. I'm not sure what is a reasonable price as don't have anything to compared with. The service was fast and Augustin was polite and pleasant. Overall a good experience.

My Daughters laptop mouse pad stopped working. I rang Augustiene and dropped it off in the morning. was back with me within a few hours and working fine. He explained what he had done in great detail. Very nice gentleman and price very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending or re-using his services in the future.

Augustin repaired my 8 year old desktop PC the same day. Not only did he fix it (a capacitor on the motherboard had died), he updated all the drivers and cleaned it up (software and hardware) so that it runs like new. I will definitely go to him next time one of my devices has a problem.

Augustin fixed the issue with my laptop very quickly and with short notice on a Sunday! Very friendly and fixed a few other issues on my laptop as well. Very pleased that I can now use my laptop again as I needed it for my studies.
