I have been using this garage for several cars over the years, they are always super helpful and friendly and reasonably priced.

My car would not start this morning, they gave me a jump starter pack and explained how to use it to get my car started to drive round to get a new battery replacement as this is beyond my capability to replace one of these! Now ordering it in and getting it sorted for me, always keep me updated which is great.

Thank you so much for being calm and taking the time to explain things and offering to help if I had any problems.

Great service as usual from Fitzharris Motors. I have been a customer for quite a few years now and have never had any issues. Staff always willing to accommodate and fit my car in at a suitable time/date. Communication is good.

Extremely accommodating at such short notice. Will definitely be back next time my MOT is due. Was kindly offered a temporary vehicle in the event of there being an issue with my Volkswagen.

Unfortunately I have had a few occasions where pricing was not transparent here, and where things have been priced much more than expected. I haven't noticed any bad workmanship, so can't fault that, but I would recommend you get a clear and up front price prior to work being done. A 30 second job with a part for £1.47, was charged at almost £30, and completed without checking first. And previously my partner had been given one price over the phone, then another when she went to collect, again for an inflated price on work. Don't think they deserve a negative review, just keep an eye on price.

Edit: I can confirm I was not given a price before the work was completed. I was phoned after the MOT was passed to confirm price on work already completed.
Also to change a one way valve on a washer line needed no trim removal. Thanks

Absolutely the worst service! I took the car there for service and retrieved it with problems. One of the light they stated it was changed, was still not working, and the front left headlight, which was working before service, completely dead.
Took the car back and told them that I didn't expect to get the car with problems for almost £300 that i paid, to which the lady said I was rude, and refused to take my car.
I guess if I made a mistake and paid less, they wouldn't have been happy, so why should I be when I take the car in this state.
They need to learn to take responsabilities for their work, and also provide better customer service!

I wouldn't take my car there ever again!

I was very happy with the level of customer service I received at Fitzharris Motors last month, especially with it being a particularly busy time of the year and at short notice having suddenly encountered problems with my car. I highly recommend and will certainly be using this garage again in the future.

I had to pop in mid way along a fairly long journey today because my Diva of a car needed Adblue immediately other wise I was never getting to my destination. Annoyingly I just could not get the cap off the compartment on my car and would have broken down. The guys were really helpful, sorted the problem and filled up the Adblue for me. That were so helpful and genuine. If I lived closer I’d be using them regularly. Thanks so much for alleviating what could have been a nightmare journey.

Very honest garage, have been to them twice now and have had very clear communication from all staff members. Not trying to upsell me on work I asked for when they didn't think it was necessary.

Also were very kind in taking the cost of a service off my bill when they made a mistake, on top of giving me a courtesy car while they sorted the issue.

Overall highly recommended garage.
