When the contractors come out they do a really good job! Its the trying to book a job in and the appointment to be scheduled and kept for that day which is a problem. Ive had times no one has turned up or appointment has been cancelled. Please do better.

Can not praise and thank the two gents who completed works on my home enough chris e and gary s both went above and beyond to complete job cleaned up after themselves , took such pride in their work was a pleasure to see. I hope their boss sees this review because they are both an absolute credit to the company .

Absolute disgrace of a company ! I have a major ongoing complaint with your housing and these cowboys are not turning up for appointments ! Another day wasted off work to sit in and wait for nobody! I hope your housing pull the contract from you

So a week on from our last posting about 360 housing group repair team.
We had a good response from them telling us we would have the repairs done to our upstairs lighting today from 9.00 am to 5.00pm
We have had no lightning in 3 bedrooms,toilet,bathroom,landing and stairs for 5 MONTHS!
We have to plug in lamps and have had to buy sensor lights to get down stairs.
I am infirm and my partner is an oap.
Totally bamboozled by this inept company,as you can tell they haven’t turned up again.

If I could put 0, I would I was waiting over 7 months for something to be replaced the engineer lied to the housing saying everything is ok & has been replaced do not trust this company at all

Absolutely useless, never turn up for jobs after calling up and being told by numerous members of staff that they're either on the way or they'll be such and such time, Akib & Danielle @ FIX360 have given the worst experience from anywhere i have ever called, got much chance of a free takeaway turning up than getting the truth out of these two so called workers

They don't even deserve 1*. Get a message from Fix360 operative will arrive at 13:39 and after 2 hours he s still not here. Call so many times and they lady said she will call me back but nothing. Absoloutly rubbsih service

Liars, after 20 visit and take days off and wait for them but never do the job
Your staffs just sit in van for hour and then come look the job
And say I will be back in a min
But never come back
They done to me many times
