0 would be an accurate score for this company. They took my Lexus away to fix it, when "fixed" they drove the car to my address, all happy so far. Upon inspecting the vehicle, the "Fsport" badge from both wings are missing, my Penhaligons Endymion Concentree missing from the my armrest, and the icing on the cake: the alloy which they refurbished is a different shade the the remaining 3. I am not going to complain very much about the paint work as definitely is not good but or the fact that they added more miles on the clock than the actual distance from my place to the garage.

Couldn't have been a worse experience. Took nearly 4 months to repair the vehicle which is excessive to say the least. They tried to deliver the car back to me today and the key wouldn't work properly; the car won't lock; the vehicle would start intermittently and kept saying "Engine failure" on the screen.

The key worked fine when they had the car and they actually had two keys. The delivery guy said they could see there was a serious problem so he would take the car back to the garage and someone would get back to me when it was fixed - a guy called Danny later rang me and obtusely lectured me saying he'd been repairing Renaults for 20 years and the key didn't work because it was a spare key and "it hadn't been used enough"; he said as it was a spare key it wouldn't lock the vehicle as the spare key wasn't supposed to lock the car. It's absolute tosh, the key worked fine before their "repair" and the car certainly had never displayed "Engine failure" before. Even the repairs that they did do were a mess - for example, they were supposed to fix the alloys but the alloys were still scuffed. The photo is post-repair not before!

I rang the Renualt showroom and spoke to their service department to check what Danny had said about the spare key and they said there's no such thing as a "spare key", that both keys are exactly the same and both keys should be able to lock the car and it has nothing to do with how frequently a key is used.

Furthermore, I just got off the phone to my insurance company and they said there's no way I should accept a vehicle back that doesn't lock, let alone one that displays engine failure. The insurance representative said a car that doesn't lock is deemed as not road-worthy; and yet FixAuto think it's acceptable to return cars in that condition.

Well Danny, if you haven't learnt that much in your 20 years of repairing Renaults, I don't hold out much hope for you.

To be fair, the car delivery guys were lovely, as was the call handler that I'd spoken to earlier today; I don't know why this Danny guy thought it appropriate to speak to me in the way that he did.

My DIL has been going here for her MOT for years. This was my 1st time. I was very pleasantly surprised.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The reception has a nice atmosphere.
My car was done when they said & the price WOW
