I had a great experience with the team at Fix Auto Chessington. My insurer was trying to push me to a garage I did not want to use, I had chosen to use Fix Auto as they had my cars manufacturer approval, they were very informative and dealt with my insurer directly to get my car repaired with them where I wanted it to be. Arnie was really helpful and took several calls from me whilst dealing with my insurer, I'm sure I was a pain but he never let me feel that way. Always pleasant and the ladies on reception, Ninela and Molly are very friendly and charming.

The entire experience with Auto Fix Chessington was incredibly smooth from start to finish. They provided constant updates, keeping me informed at every stage of the repair process (even when things were delayed) with timely communication via email and phone.

A special shoutout to Ninela, who went above and beyond by staying 20 minutes after closing just so we could collect our repaired car. Given that it took us over two hours to get to the garage due to traffic, her patience and willingness to accommodate us, despite the inconvenience, was remarkable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
My car was here for crash repairs through my insurance company.
They had my car for almost a month for relatively minor damage. The work carried out was sub standard. I had to bring my car back 6 times yes 6 times because the paint work was terrible. They just couldn’t get things right. If your insurance company sends you to fix auto Chessington,
Ask to be allocated to a different garage.

Ford Mustang repairs. Very happy with the service provided by the Chessington branch. I made initial contact to arrange the repairs, following which they took charge and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
I needed to drop my car off due to travel, they were very accommodating and helped arrrange this. With regards to parking at the location, there was plenty of spaces. My car also needed an exhaust replacement from USA, for which they managed the entire process, keeping me informed with updates.
The Director, Arnie and his entire staff force were very good at customer focus, making you feel at ease about getting the car repairs carried out by them.
Once the repair was on its way, they kept me informed including about the exhaust/parts delivery due from the States. On completion a time was arranged for collection and I was very satisfied with the work they had carried out, everything looked like it should and nothing was out of place. Very happy with the entire process.

This garage and the manager Tony seems to have a bit of an attitude for some reason. I asked if they could look at the underneath of my car as the initial garage could not resolve it and he simply said I don’t want to look at it it’s my decision and Admiral take work away from me. As a customer, this garage is not helpful.

Fix Auto did an amazing job fixing damage to my van door. A driver had reversed into the door and there was quite a bit of damage. Fix Autos had the van for 2 weeks and it looks like new again. Their quality of their work is incredible and they keep you informed whilst the work is being carried out. I would most definitely recommend them.
