I have been unlucky enough to have three non-fault accidents in London in the last two years and my insurance company have sent me to three different body shops each time. Fix Auto Forest Hill were, by far, the most outstanding body shop I have had dealings with. Customer service was Gold Standard right from the start, costings were typical for London and Jon kept me in the loop with my vehicle throughout. The work was completed impeccably and I will happily return if, god forbid, someone else fancies crashing into my car!!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED BY THESE GUYS!!!!! They are cowboys and are only after your car for parts and money. I was recommended this garage by my insurance company after a relatively minor accident to which my front passenger side bumper was damaged. Firstly their call centre reception service is a joke I arranged an initial consultation call on my day off to discuss what I needed you know because we all work and arranging a time specifically is what professionals do because its convenient. No one got back to me this is where I should have seen the warning signs, when you call it just rings and then goes to an archaic answering machine where you press 1 to get through to them then when you eventually get through and no one picks up it doesn't allow you to leave a voice message and its 2019!!!! It really sounds like something straight from the 90's. After getting my car picked up by one their junior employees (I could tell he was quite new and didn't really know what he was doing to be honest) from my address I specifically told them to contact my next of Kin while Im away for an status update of the repair. I then went on holiday for 2 weeks within that time frame they didn't even give a courtesy call to my next of kin after I had specifically asked them to do so just for any updates once again we had to chase them up. Then upon my return from holiday again I had to call them to find out what is going on then only to get told by the manager that the car is a write off and for a minor repair!! When I collected my vehicle the whole front bumper was taken off I was then told in person that they had discussed this with my insurance and needed to take the whole thing off to gauge the full extent of the damage a process they went ahead with WITHOUT my consent. Now Im left with a car without a front bumper, they gave the damaged front bumper part back to me but in doing so they broke the front grille of the bumper above the vauxhall emblem where they just hacked it off real amateurish to get it off. All in all they suck and dropped the ball for customer service and should be investigated for how bad they treat their customers, luckily I settled the matter with my insurance and retained my vehicle but I am shocked as to how they do business and would tell anyone once again DO NOT go to these guys they are a joke.
