Arrived and greeted promptly at reception, everything explained to me regarding the repair of my vehicle. I was given a point of contact and any concerns/issues to contact them straight away.
Excellent service and dealt with throughout the process in a professional and courteous manner.
Upon collection of my vehicle the repairs were to a high standard and my vehicle had been cleaned.

I have to admit, I'd never heard of Fix Auto before being referred to them by Admiral, our insurance company. I read the Google reviews hoping that our insurer had referred us to a ‘reputable’ company but I needn't have worried. Immediately we arrived, the car was booked in smoothly and efficiently. We were immediately put at ease by the team’s obvious enthusiasm and allocated our own Super Driver, Nick who we could contact throughout the repair. We received regular updates regarding progress and much to my amazement, particularly given the damage to our car, the car was ready to pick up only one week later. The proof is always in the pudding and I have to admit I was stunned by the quality of workmanship. Given that the driver’s door had suffered extensive damage I couldn’t honestly understand how it was repaired and left with no evidence of intervention whatsoever. Even the door bolts looked as if the car had come straight off the production line. Gaps around the door were perfectly symmetrical and the door was in perfect alignment. An absolutely fantastic job, thank you.

Provided a very good service. The staff were very friendly and the work was carried out in good time. The only (small!) tricky bit - I was only told the car was ready on the day itself and it was slightly complicated to get the car picked up at short notice. But Fix Auto provided an excellent support service in delivering the car to me! Really impressed with that level of service. Thank you!

Had some minor work done to the body and alloy, it’s just like new! I was especially impressed as it’s not exactly a standard colour either. They picked up and dropped off my car and were very accommodating when rearranging around my schedule. They even washed and valeted my car as well! Great customer service too from everyone I spoke to in the office! I was given daily updates on the progress of my car as well as calls with accurate timescales as to when my car would be picked up and dropped off. I would really recommend Fix Auto!
