Someone demolished my front bumper in a hit and run and my car was repaired to perfection. Detailed invoice and warranty on parts. Honestly great service! My car was repaired a week earlier than the time estimate. Staff were extremely accommodating assisting with the rental/ courtesy swap over and collection; holding keys. They went above and beyond by keeping an eye on the rental parked outside the front as I dropped off the rental car prior to its collection due to work and childcare commitments.
Even after my repair when I had a small issue with the car they sorted me out at no extra cost.

Any issues with my car in the future I will definitely return to Fix Auto Park Royal!

Just picked up my car today & am very happy with the service from Fix Auto. Both female receptionists were always very friendly, polite & helpful. The very knowledgeable Sam looked after my car & returned it in great shape after some work & a lovely valet!

Absolutely awful customer service, the worst I have come across from a garage. Rude and uncaring, unhelpful staff. No updates whatsoever and far too slow. I'm disabled and need my car not just for work but for regular trips to the doctor and chemists.
Their reply states that they wait for Insurers to bring them the car. They had written instructions to repair my car on the Wednesday, but they did nothing. On the Monday of the following week I called for an update, and they hadn't even bothered to tell the Insurance company that they hadn't received the car. They then go on to say that if there's anything they can do, to get in touch. Every day I've been in touch, every day their only update is that they've done nothing. How about actually assessing my car and issuing a courtesy car so I can actually get on with my life?! Nine days now without a car.

I've had my MK3 Skoda VRS repaired at this garage. Jon kindly updated me at every stage of the process with the status of the repair. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality, perfect panel gaps and a well done splitter installation.
Outstanding communication and very honest crew. Nobody's trying to pull wool over your eyes. Much appreciated.
