Fantastic repair job on a pretty big mid door dent requiring new door and body panel cut/replace, paintwork was perfect. Was initially offered as 'done' but had quite visible door alignment issues, after some to/fro they did realign and all is well. Would recommend, quality work!

Car went in for some rear bumper damage following a third party incident... Communication spot on, repair to the car is to an extremely high standard. I added in an additional part to be painted at the same time, and they fitted that for me also... Highly Recommended...

Avoid. Had unpleasant experience with that garage. Took my car for simple wheel arch + bumper scratch. Not only it took them way too long but also they scratched my freshly painted bonnet and damaged the paint work on the other wheel arch. That's not all. Okay they did paint scratched bumper, covered and painted dents on damaged arch BUT they did not remove excess paint on arch itself... They just left it with flakes of paint...

They were delaying to return my car due to final quality check and on the day they returned it bonnet was scratched and paint was damaged on the other wheel arch. Now tell me WHAT QUALITY CHECK!? How can you not see missing paint and scratched bonnet and then STILL RETURN car in this condition to the customer? (They took it for "re-paint" for another two days)

I have allowed my self to dismantle front lamps and bumper to investigate "the repairs". After they damaged wrong arch they said they did re-paint whole panel. That was a lie. They barely covered damaged area (paint is still missing but in the place that is covered by lamp). Damaged bonnet they did cover with transparent lacquer...

Anyway I do not want to go deeper on this topic because it makes me angry. (I can upload pictures if someone thinks this is a fake feedback)
Also, they did contact me weeks after they returned my car to speak about my complaint but I didn't want to deal with them anymore...

AVOID THAT GARAGE!!!

Developed bad oil leak on my motorbike last evening, found Fix Auto at 8-30 pm still open AND willing to help fix the problem .
When fixed with lots of grovelling around on the ground , checked, cleaned and ready for the road , followed me some three miles to see that I was ok no leaks or oil residue , before the mechanic went home can not recommend more. Great service

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in the UK. Instead of 2-4 days, the repair lasted 12 days, the car returned a damaged broken door handle. No contact on the part of the company we had to find out when kindly the car will be returned - failure. The car returned after the repair of the combined handle - the entire driver's door casing comes out because the clips are broken. I do not recommend looking for another company for Fix Auto - it's a waste of your time and nerves. I am very surprised that the insurer who ordered the repair of my car to this company continues to use their services.

Needed a couple of side skirts repainted and fixed for my Mini. They managed to turn them around in a day and for a really good price. Incredibly friendly and helpful advice, will definitely be using them again.
