Got my car back today after a week in the bodyshop. I had three things that needed sorting out, all my fault so no insurance involvement, and I am delighted with the result. The whole experience has been most enjoyable (except paying the bill 🫣). Everybody I have spoken to and dealt with has been extremely pleasant. Ollie, preparing the estimate, Tracy and Angela (the cheeky girls), who came to collect the car, and the chap that brought it back on a recovery truck; I cannot praise them highly enough. The option to have the vehicle collected and delivered is brilliant and saved me over £200 in courtesy car fees. The icing on the cake was when I was putting my clobber back in the boot and various compartments, and I realised that the car has been valeted inside and out. A thousand thanks to you all, but I hope I never have to partake of your services again; with the GREATEST RESPECT.

WORST SERVICE ! LIARS! INSURANCE TOOK MY CAR TO THEM FOR BODY WORK ISSUES AND IT CAME BACK WITH A DAMAGED SCREEN AND THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND LEFT ME IN A LOSS ! I WOULDNT ADVICE USING THEM !

Couldn’t ask for any more from this place. Dealt with swiftly and thoroughly.

Some lovely person decided to leave their car impression on the side of my car after a shopping trip and through insurance this was the recommendation.

Door damage large dent and creases sorted. While there they also were kind enough to take out a mark caused by a large stone during the cars visit to this garage too.

Pick up and drop off offered. Very courteous receptionist(s) and forecourt employees.

Car returned absolutely spotless.

Absolutely 1st class impeccable service.

Communication was 100%, they repair to my cars damaged body work was back to new, they even sorted out a minor niggle that needed assessing and on collection the car had been properly valeted and polished such that it looked like a brand new immaculate car.

The girls in the office are great, really proactive, friendly and a great asset as the customer facing side of the business.

They collected the car, and when it was returned everything had been sorted, I never even met the people in the body shop or went there, it really was set up as a service.

Kudos to these guys, really brilliant to find a set up like this in this day and age.

Both times I have had the misfortune of insurance work being carried by fix auto they have been robust and straightforward to deal with. Perfect service in a well reasonable time frame.

(Unlike their neighbour Invicta Body repairs who are the plague)
