Second time ive used their bodyshop for repairs to my car and again done an amazing job. Great service provided by the business from start to end from office to bodyshop to final pick up. Avoid at all costs . Poor customer service and when my daughter returned her hire car they tried to blackmail her to pay for some damage they alleged she was responsible for. They have sent an invoice for over £1800 including recalibrating the ADAS system. Have made a a complaint to the insurance company and trading standards.

Terrible service all round really. Communication poor, they never call back when they say they will.

Three attempts to get my car right, first the door was out of line at the top. Second the door was out of line at the bottom and then finally correct the third time around as they admitted they hadn’t done the sill properly and it needed pulling out and repainting. Whoever the driver spoke to on the phone made out I was being difficult and it was just a minor adjustment, obviously not as you redid the sill.

I gave them my car with a quarter of a tank of fuel, it was returned to me on the bottom of the red with 10 miles left flashing on the dash. I live 2.5 miles from them and they tried to deliver it back twice, so ten miles all in. The car will do at least fifty miles when the light comes on, so they’ve obviously used my car for their own means, probably in the region of about 60-70 miles. Sorry but that’s completely out of order.

Avoid this place at all costs honestly, I’ll be formally complaining to my insurance company.

Hastings insurance & Enterprise booked me in with Fix Auto. The link Enterprise send to keep up with your repairs for your vehicle didn’t work, kept saying “not found”. I had to myself call up after a while to find out if the cars ready which it was. The lady that calls / answers isn’t always clear and concise nevertheless the car was repaired perfectly. They did extra work which I didn’t expect such as tracking & headlight polish. Felt like a brand new car thanks again keep it up will definitely use in future.
