DO NOT USE!!!!

They had my car for 7 Weeks through my insurance. How they are used by insurance companies is beyond me.
No updates, had to constantly chasing.
When i did get through, they would fob me off by using different excuses.
The insurance company even struggled to get through to them and they send customers to this place. Utterley shocking

Amazing experience from start to finish with Chelsea and Leah on the front desks. Nothing but big smiles and a welcoming atmosphere and most of all repairing my car within a few days. Couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work.

They've had my car for 2.5 weeks and no updates for 10 days. They never answer the phone, not even to insurance company! Hopefully repairs will be good, but not impressed with service.

have had car for over 4 weeks, insurance company have had no success in contacting them either
how they are an insurance approved repair company is beyond me

Car been with this garage since end of November. No joy in contacting them at all to speak to anyone. Insurer and Broker all experience the same lack of communication. Absolutely dreadful service.

If I could leave a zero for this company I would as they don't deserve the 1. They NEVER answer their phone its been hassle from beginning to end. I received a text to say I could collect my car, when I arrived it wasn't ready & they couldn't give me a time when it would be. They then said they would drop my car off & pick up the courtesy car & never turned up. Tried ringing 38mins on hold no answer, what a joke.

Appalling customer service. Had my vehicle for over 5 weeks and not one call for an update. Called over 8 times to try and get an update and they refunded to answer the phone. Cowboys. Avoid.
