I took my car to this trash garage as I was recommended by my insurance for panel repairs and paintwork, and it was a complete disaster. The panels were not properly aligned, the paint job was rushed and uneven, and there were visible flaws all over the car. Instead of fixing the issues, they are now ignoring my calls and refusing to take responsibility. Also when I got the car back I had my engine management light on and they not taking responsibility.

This is completely unprofessional. I paid for quality work, but instead, I’m left with a car that looks worse than before. If you value your time and money, take your car somewhere else. This shop does not stand behind their work, and their customer service is just as bad as their workmanship. Stay away!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My insurance recommends this garbage garage to take my car for repairs, and what I got back was an absolute disaster. Car was with them for ten day and when it came back!!!! The work was sloppy, the paint didn’t match and not even one panel was realigned correctly. Sent the car back to them, the car came back again after 4 days and even then they didn’t rectify the issues that I raised with them, I now have warning lights on my dash saying side light failure and also my gearbox is now making very unusual noises when holding the brake. I called again to complain but they completely ignored my concerns and said they were z a going to get one of the managers to call me back but haven’t heard from them since. Tried calling them again myself but calls were ignored. They are dismissive, and completely unwilling to fix their mistakes.

It’s clear they don’t take pride in their work or care about their customers. I wasted my time and money here, and now I have to go somewhere else to fix the mess they made. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!

I took my car to fix auto west Hampstead for paintwork and panel repairs as my insurance recommend it to me, and I am beyond disappointed with the results. The quality of work was subpar—uneven paint, visible streaks, and poorly aligned panels. It’s clear that little attention to detail was given, and the finish looks nothing like what was promised.

Not only was the work below standard, but the customer service was also lacking. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. I expected a professional job, but instead, I now have to pay someone else to fix their mistakes.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality repairs. Save yourself the hassle and take your car elsewhere!

I took my car to fix auto as my insurance recommend me for bodywork, and it was a complete nightmare. Not only was the paint job sloppy and the panels misaligned, but they also caused mechanical problems that weren’t there before! Since getting my car back, I’ve noticed electrical faults, and also unusual noises engine which clearly resulted from their carelessness.

To make matters worse, they refuse to take any responsibility and are now avoiding my calls. This is beyond unprofessional—I trusted them with my car, and they made it worse instead of better. Now I have to spend more money elsewhere to fix their mistakes.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this shop. They don’t care about quality, and they certainly don’t care about their customers.

Car still with them after 2 months. 7 false estimated completion dates from mid January. Receptionist (male) can be off but he did apologise saying mis communication. Will see what repair is like but I’ve had enough.
UPDATE 17/2/25 another 2 failed estimated completion dates and 5 call backs not made to date always have to chase them.

If companies have Borderline Personality Disorder, this is one of them. If you don't have an accent that can sooth them into doing their job, please avoid.

It all started when I asked them to pick up the car from my garage (my previous car insurance did this so I thought it was normal), because I was away for 2 months. This, somehow triggered them. After that point, they:
1) they had me bringing the car the first time to estimate the damage (within record),
2) they didn't contact me and they lied to the insurance about not been able to reach me (without record),
3) they lied to me about the insurance not sending needed approvals (within record),
4) they had me bringing the car a second time to estimate the damage (within record),
5) they lied again about not been able to reach me (within record),
6) they avoided email communication although I explicitly requested it (within record),
7) they lied again about the insurance not sending needed approvals (within record),
8) they blamed the insurance and spread confusion ("it's too complicated, you wouldn't understand").

They were basically trying to convince the insurance that I was not responding, and to convince me that the insurance was not responding.

I had to spend hours contacting the insurance to establish the facts. Once the facts were established, instead of apologizing and fixing the car, they refused to fix the car.

So, yeah, I regret asking them to pick up the car, but I also find hard to explain their behaviour in non-psychiatric terms. If you wonna feel like you are walking on eggshells by just existing, this is your company!
