Always use fix it, I have three children and have lost count the amount of times they have broke their iPad screen. Fix it always does an amazing job and very reasonable price too. I Highly recommend.

Polite team who were able to respond on the day, which was great. Minor issue was that I was given a time to return, and then was told it wasn’t ready so had to come back twice to get my phone. I’d still use them again though because the quality of work was good.

I've been here a couple of times now. I had a Switch and a Nintendo 3DS repaired. The staff are friendly and helpful. The 3DS had a power button issue. It was £35 for a diagnostic and once I agreed to the repair, it was a further £15 to fix, reasonably priced.
I would definitely trust them with any future repairs

The team at Fix really surprised me. Polite, considerate of customers needs, very competent and professional.
My laptop lost the plot following an update to Windows 11. Fix saved my data then reinstalled 11. Unfortunately the Dell Vostro didn’t want to play…a problem many Dell users have apparently (according to online sources) experienced. Fix kindly removed 11 and with my consent returned me to Windows 10 at no extra charge! A genuine trustworthy service from a fantastic team. Well done folks.

Went in with an iPhone issue, The people were friendly and honest. Kept it for an hour to find out the problem and told us our options. They didn’t even charge for the investigative work. They couldn’t have been any more helpful. I would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Another fantastic job by Fix who I’ve used several times now. They provide fast, efficient service and are all super friendly and professional.
