My PC was playing Rivals like a pile of shit, it couldn't even load Firefox without issues and it went Kaput after I tried to add ram and change the thermal paste of the CPU.

In comes Harvey. Really nice, really considering, found out everything I needed to do to get the PC back to normal and also is a lot cheaper than the alternatives. Had my pc back within 24 hours.

I have to say - I'm super impressed with the professionalism, integrity and work ethics of Harvey.

Handed over my gaming PC to upgrade a new cooling system and a wifi card. Told him a week would be fine but he does it in less than 24hrs!!!

What I loved about the service was the updates I received via WhatsApp of what was going on. The constant pictures of how he was showing me what was happening to my PC. Very transparent and honest.

He even offered a bit of extra tech advice afterwards - which is really cool.

Make no mistake, if you live in the southern area of Greater Manchester - this is the person you go to to sort your computer troubles. No doubt whatsoever

Paid for a service I didn't receive. Seems honest but after dealing with. This person is after your money. Paid twice on different occasions to sort out the same fps issue when gaming. Promised me to fix the issue. He then said I paid for a malware removalservice to which I made very clear that the issue was the frame rate when gaming. Absolutely disappointed, asked for a refund for a service he did not fulfill, to which he said no.. I will have to contact my bank

My computer blew up when switching it on. It is an old computer and just use it for invoices and printing. I rang Harvey on a Saturday afternoon and dropped it off. Told me what was wrong and repaired with a full service and clean up. Brilliant service and recommend him highly. Cheers Harvey and thanks for your help and support
