Had Lee from fix it first come out today to look at my oven. However despite messaging prior to coming out I was not told about a call out fee. He then refused to leave until he received the fee, unprofessional, verbal and rude towards my wife who felt intimidated by his presence. This is completely unacceptable especially Infront of our children. I've had to pay him in order to get him to leave but feel that I shouldn't have done this due to the way he was being. Not happy with the service provided and highly recommend looking elsewhere.
