My wife and I took the Samsung Flip phone to the shop for a repair since it was not charging and operating properly. After his diagnoses he advised we purchase new replacement batteries for the phone and would be able to fix it for £40 (?) *just to change the batteries* then my wife went to pick it up; after checking if it worked properly she found that the phone would not charge via lead and he had told us he thinks the problem was a software issue this time which wouldn't make sense since the battery and power is functioned through hardware and firmware, he proceeded to still charge her and tried to sell his own inventory of phones to her, he stated that "I can't fix it because it's a Rubbish Phone". He was still adamant that she pay him £40 despite it being a battery change and FAILING to fix the phone's power issue. My wife paid £20 and left, despite nothing being fixed, he continued to demand £40...

Not Professional, Wastes Time, Too Costly, Misdirectional.

I sadly do not recommend.

So he has advertised his shop open on a Wednesday but closed. Not great already I should have dropped my phone somewhere else.

I dropped my phone on the floor on a Saturday night and was quite desperate for a quick repair. The man could see I was desperate and tried to charge me £75 for a new iPhone 11 Chinese screen! (I could get a whole new phone delivered tomorrow on insurance for that price) just travel a couple of miles out away to get it for 40-50 £ elsewhere. greedy shop

Excellent value. Most other shops wanted £50 to replace my phone's battery. This guy did it for £30. Fast service (once the battery was delivered) and phone is running like a dream. Also - takes AmEx, which is handy.

i bought a laptop from fix it pal and it didn't work properly i had a receipt and when i took it back he told me he will have a replacement. he then tried to sell me a more expensive laptop on top of the price i paid for it. he promised me my money back but then he is now going back on his word and is trying to give me a replacement... i have waited 3 weeks for this replacement and i still haven't received anything. please do not gives this man your money as he is a fraud...

Messed me around for a month. Whenever I phoned to check he said he's ordering parts. First time he 'fixed' my phone he broke a speaker at the top when all he needed to do was change the screen. Then when he replaced a charging port the lower speaker didnt work. Went back the next day and put a 'new' part in (after waiting the few hours he said, I went in only for him to say he hadn't done it yet then do it in the next 10 minutes(so he very well could have just done it in the few hours)) only to find out it was the same port with the same problem. Refused to change it till the next day. All this over about a month. Prices are as you would expect but the service is horrible.
