I rang and a real person answered the phone. I asked the right questions and the answers were all in a language that a techno luddite like me could understand. My laptop was collected on time. It was repaired and returned ahead of time. The engineer even found a little fault that I was unaware of and repaired that too and at no extra cost. The fee charged was very fair and reasonable. What's not to like, a great bunch of guys at Fix I.T. Thank you for your excellent service

Built my son a gaming pc and after a week it stopped working, after many parts replaced from advice of a few people I decided to take it to Rich, after speaking to him I dropped it off that same night and a few days later it was fixed, turned out to be the cpu. Amazing job and a very reasonable price, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rich took the time to have a chat with me about the issues I was having, and I dropped my laptop round on the evening.
