absolute shit... brought computer in 3 different times spent 80 pd on thermal paste, 1st trip, second trip computer sat in the back of the shop reasonably sure the tech just wasnt in but i was told to pick it up anyway. third time they said they cleaned it.. got it home and it worked properly for about a week and its now shutting down after short usage just like before. Dont waste money in this shop.

I would like to thank Ali and Andrew for fixing my 27" imac. I had a boot loop error which i couldnt fix and i was considering buying a new mac, but because they repaired and replaced the hard drive with an ssd the mac, it boots up quicker. This repair is difficult because the screen is big and fragile. I have had the mac now a few days and everything so far is ok. This is the third time I have used fixit, I had a failed drive in a 2010 imac which was replaced and also a broken screen on a dell laptop which was also replaced. In fact the screen they used was better than the original! I would recommend them, thanks again!

Likeable staff but completely useless. This is the 2nd time I've taken something in to be fixed, I took a USB hard drive in to have the data extracted as it was corrupted. They kept telling me to ring back as the technician was off, so after a week of being told the same thing, they decided to tell me they couldn't do it as their technician had tried multiple times. So I picked it up, took it to some guy in Crosby who does it as a hobby......He had it sorted in a couple of hrs.

It may be too soon to tell but so far so good. Took an iPad 8th gen and iPad 9th gen to be fixed. One needed a screen repair and the other a new charger port. They gave me a price of £120 and it was done by the end of the next day (I was a bit anxious after reading a few of the negative reviews and I called probably about three times to check the status haha!) when I picked up they threw in a free charger and the technician said he’s also repaired the charger port on the iPad which needed the screen fixed. As I said it could be too early to tell, I don’t want to jinx it, but both fixes seem to have been done amazingly especially the charger port on the 9th gen which really hangs on to the cable now! I’m aware there’s a warranty on both fixes, for 3 months I believe, so if anything goes wrong I’ll take them back but just in case anyone like me is worried and takes the time to scour reviews, I personally had a good experience. The only thing I will say is that the hold music for the phone is quite loud so I’d sort that out!

These shop owners use Third class Phone And All parts, their technicians also damage the item and then they say no-fix doesn't have FX, they damage it themselves and then write "no-fix". These Third class part use things that are looking for cheaper than cheap parts for yours device dont Go to this shop

Terrible place!
Don't be fooled by 4.3 star (total) review. I should have dug deeper into those 1-2 stars and see the pattern of diabolical behaviour of this shop. Here's the summary:
1) if they say it will take 2-3 days, they mean 2-3 weeks (if you are lucky!)
2) if they say we 'will call/text you' - they Won't!
3) when you inquire about the process after a week of silence- they make up things (a.k.a. waiting for parts)
4) not answering the phones, so you HAVE to go to see them, unlucky you if you are not from around the area! Plus parking charges (spent £15 over 4 times I HAD to go there).
NOW to the best part!
5) this 'waiting for parts' was never true, as the issue was completely different. Which they figured out only when I demanded my laptop back and refused to leave the shop without it.
6) they damaged my laptop!!! Not only they didn't fix it, they made it worse! It almost looks like they were using a crowbar to open my laptop.

I honestly don't know how they are still operating! I'm sure there were many who had experienced the same but chose to remain silent. Avoid at any cost!
